How to save and share reports

Mark a frequently used report with a star to Save it. It will appear in a separate Saved Reports section at the top of the reports list. The star does not alter filters or data—it simply creates a shortcut to the same report.
When your team needs the same report view, you can share the configuration. Before doing so, check the name, time period, filters, columns, summary, and chart. It is particularly important to remove filters for a specific project or client if they are not intended to apply to all recipients.
When a report is shared, the recipient receives the same report configuration, but each user continues to see only the data permitted by their access permissions. Consequently, the number of rows in the same report may differ from person to person. If a colleague cannot see the report, the administrator should check the sharing settings as well as the report and module permissions.
Exercise caution when modifying shared reports, as they may be used in daily workflows or automated processes. When you need to test a new filter or chart variant, create a copy and share only the approved result with the team.
