Report table, columns, and sorting
Table view, column selection, order, and sorting.

The table displays records selected by your filters. In the column selection settings, enable the fields you need for your work and hide those you do not. Available columns depend on the specific report: some display dates, statuses, and responsible parties, while others show amounts, currencies, balances, costs, timeframes, or related records.
Rearrange the columns so that the most important information appears first. Click a column header to sort the data in ascending or descending order. If you plan to use this view regularly, save the column layout along with your filters.
Some items in the table serve as links to the original Hanna record. Use them to verify the source of a specific value. An empty cell usually indicates that the field is blank or that the metric does not apply to that record.
The table displays only one page of results at a time. Consequently, the sum of the visible rows may not necessarily match the total summary for the entire report. To analyze the full dataset, use the summary metrics or export the data.
