- Integration Settings and AccessHanna can send data to other systems via Webhooks, allow users to log in using Google or Microsoft accounts, initiate electronic document signing, and store files from selected modules in OneDrive or Google Drive.
- Webhook Settings and Action HistoryWebhooks automatically notify an external system whenever a record in a selected module is created or modified in Hanna. This allows you to transfer data to accounting, automation, or analytics systems without manual exporting.
- Login via Google and MicrosoftStaff can log in to Hanna using their organization's Google or Microsoft 365 account. The administrator navigates to **System Settings → Settings → Miscellaneous → Security** and enables **Allow login via Google, Office365**.
- Microsoft Entra Login and Role ManagementMicrosoft Entra is suitable for organizations that centrally manage access within the Microsoft 365 environment. Hanna can use Entra for sign-in and link Staff to Hanna roles.
- Electronic Signature Settings and Signing WorkflowThe electronic signature feature allows you to send documents from Hanna for signing via Mobile Signature or Smart-ID and track the process status. The function can be enabled separately, and its use may be subject to a charge.
- OneDrive and Google Drive File StorageHanna can store new files from selected modules in the organization's OneDrive or Google Drive account. Users continue to manage the files within the standard Hanna record card.
- Migration of existing files and safe integration deactivationAfter connecting OneDrive or Google Drive, new files can be stored externally. A separate migration process is required to move files previously uploaded to Hanna.
- Telephony integrations and call featuresTelephony integrations connect customer records, call initiation, missed-call handling, history, and reporting.
