MailerLite integration

Security. Transfer passwords, API keys, or other credentials only through the secure method provided by Hanna Customer Support. Never paste a secret into an email or support request body.

MailerLite integration automatically places Hanna Contacts, Contact people, or Leads into selected subscriber groups according to Hanna criteria.

Activate the connection

Create a dedicated API token under MailerLite Integrations → API. Contact Hanna Customer Support and transfer the token only through the secure method provided.

Create a settings group

After activation, open System Settings → MailerLite Settings → New record. Name the configuration, select the MailerLite group, and choose Hanna criteria such as Contact type, Contact category, or Lead status. Decide whether to include Contact people and whether only recipients who consented to newsletters may be transferred.

Save and test a new recipient, an existing recipient, consent, withdrawal, and a record that should not match. Confirm that each person enters only the intended group and is not duplicated.

Troubleshooting

Check account permissions, integration status, required fields, and the external system log. If the problem persists, send the attempt time, record or event identifier, and visible error to Hanna Customer Support, without credentials.
