Security. Transfer passwords, API keys, or other credentials only through the secure method provided by Hanna Customer Support. Never paste a secret into an email or support request body.

Hanna can send SMS through an enabled Tele2 or Twilio account.

Create a template

Open System Settings → SMS → SMS Templates → New record. Enter a clear name and message, enable the template, and send a test to verify sender details, Lithuanian characters, links, and length.

Create an automated rule

Under SMS Settings, create a record, select the Lead status and optional source, delay, and template, then enable it. If only status is specified, every Lead with that status may match regardless of source.

Manual and bulk messaging

Send one SMS from a Contact or Lead card. For a bulk message, select records in the list and choose Actions → Bulk messaging, then verify the audience and template before confirmation.

Review sent messages and statuses under SMS Messages and on the customer record. Contact Hanna Customer Support to activate a provider and transfer credentials securely.
