Users can log in to Hanna using their organization's Google or Microsoft 365 account. An administrator navigates to System Settings → Settings → Miscellaneous → Security and enables Allow login via Google, Office365.

For an existing user to be recognized, the email address associated with their active Hanna account must match the address of their Google or Microsoft account. Users can also go to My Profile → Integrations to link their identity or connection.

The login type configuration must allow external login. If only password-based login is enabled, Google or Microsoft accounts cannot be used.

Before enabling this for the team, verify user email addresses, test the feature with an administrator account and a standard user account, ensure an administrator recovery path remains functional, and only then inform the team.

If login fails, check the master switch, user account status, email address matching, and the account selected in the browser. If the login button is missing, contact the Hanna administrator.

If the administrator has confirmed the settings but sign-in still fails, send Hanna Customer Support your company's Hanna address, identity provider, team member email address, attempt time and time zone, and the exact error text. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.
