Delivery details

When this feature is enabled, a delivery address, city, region, postal code, country, phone number, and email address can be specified for the Opportunity. The Show delivery details option determines whether this information is included in the quote and the financial document into which it is subsequently converted.

In some implementations, delivery Expenses are recorded separately. They may have a confirmation status and appear in a separate section of the card. Before conversion, verify that the amount and status are current. If the delivery address is changed in the Opportunity, a financial document that has already been created typically does not update automatically.

Expiration reminder

The Opportunities Valid until date is used to monitor the deadline. Depending on organizational settings, a reminder may be sent to the team member or the customer. If the deadline has passed, the Opportunity may be marked as expired or processed via background automation. Setting up a reminder and actually delivering it are separate outcomes; therefore, verify the recipient and sending time during a test run.

Notifications

Notifications can be sent when:

  • an Opportunity is assigned to an assignee; - the portal creates a new Opportunity;
  • the stage triggers an email template;
  • Opportunity is automatically rejected;
  • Tasks, a comment, or another scheduled event is linked to Opportunity.

Recipients and channels are managed by the administrator. After modifying a rule, perform a controlled test and check the internal notification, the email log, and the actual delivery. A history record alone does not confirm that the recipient received the email.
