List and Kanban views

Select List or Kanban at the top of the page.

The list can display the number, title, recipient, planned value, date, expiration date, stage, assignees, last and upcoming dates, and actions. The set of columns can be modified by a saved view.

On the Kanban board, each column corresponds to a stage. The column summary can show the total value and the forecast calculated based on the stage probability. If an item remains in a stage longer than the set duration, the card may be highlighted. Moving a card to another column changes its stage; therefore, check if any automation is linked to the stage before moving it. After moving, open the card and check any created items, emails, and the history. Moving an item back to an automated stage may trigger its rule again.

Process tabs

Tabs for All and individual processes are displayed above the list or board. A process helps distinguish between multiple sales workflows—for example, domestic sales and exports. The number next to a tab depends on active filters and user visibility.

Filters

Open the filter window and select one or more criteria. Standard coverage includes:

  • stage, process, and assignee;
  • creation, last modification, stage change, or validity period;
  • status, delay, and deadline;
  • type, category, priority, project, and source;
  • planned value and whether the record is a template.

Click Filter. Criteria from different groups are applied together, so an overly restrictive combination may yield no results. Clear filters removes the active selection. If the list is empty, first check the process tab, the filter indicator, and the team member responsible criterion.

Views

You can save frequently used filters, columns, sorting settings, and—if permitted—Kanban card fields as views. Give the view a clear name and decide whether it is personal, shared, or default. Sharing depends on permissions.
