Visibility and customer portal
Staff permissions, assignees, organizations, and portal access.

Access is determined by the user role, individual settings, the relationship with the assigned person, the organization, and the visibility of the linked record.
Access Settings
An administrator grants viewing, creation, editing, deletion, and export permissions individually within a role or profile. When restricted visibility is applied, a user can see only the records assigned to them. List views, Kanban boards, direct record links, exports, and reports must all adhere to the same access scope. Therefore, always assign an assignee to a new record.
Conversion requires not only the source record but also the creation of a target module record, such as an Opportunity or a Project. Configuration areas are intended for the administrator.
Customer Portal
In the portal, the client can view records shared with them and download the generated document, provided this feature is enabled. Before publishing, log in using the client account to verify the document, files, prices, notes, and other visible tabs. The team member view does not show the complete customer profile.
Multi-organization environment
In a multi-organization setup, stages, processes, document templates, and records can be restricted by organization. If a team member cannot see Opportunities or a template, check the allowed organizations and the active organization.
Plans and optional features
Basic list, Kanban, card, and creation views may be available across multiple plans, but document templates, advanced conversions, email scanning, the portal, warehouse operations, and other features depend on the plan and license. If you do not see a described button or section, ask the administrator to check the plan, module status, and your permissions.
