Calendar filters and schedule
Use of record types, Staff, and related filters, as well as the meaning of the counters.

Select record types and resources on the left. The standard configuration may include Tasks, Projects, Absences, and Holidays; the specific list depends on your organization's settings and plan.
The number next to a type indicates the records found within the current time period and resource selection. The count reflects the selected record types; it does not represent the total quantity across the entire system. Multiple filters are applied simultaneously, so an overly restrictive combination may yield zero results.
To locate a missing record:
- select a broader time period;
- enable the required record type;
- temporarily select all resources;
- remove filters for type, client, or project;
- check the source module and the team member responsible.
The Schedule displays a separate row for each resource, plus an Unassigned row. This makes it easier to compare workloads. Moving a record to a different resource's row may change the team member responsible, so proceed only if you are familiar with the assignment rules.
Practical Team Planning
First, select a record type, then the Staff group. This makes the counters easier to interpret. If you are looking for unassigned Tasks, use the Unassigned schedule row; the team member filter alone is insufficient for this.
The Staff list displays active system users, but a specific record appears next to a person based on the source relationship. For vacations, this represents the person on leave (team member) or the person in charge (Tasks). In project or Opportunities cards, the team member relationship may have a different meaning. Before reassigning work, open the record and check the exact meaning of its team member.
