Calendar and its views
Using the Day, Week, Month, Agenda, and Staff Schedule views.
Last updated 13 days ago
The calendar displays scheduled Hanna entries in one place. Open Calendar from the left-hand menu. The visible content depends on the enabled modules, your plan, and your permissions.
Select a view at the top. Day is suitable for hourly planning, Week for a multi-day workload, Month for a broader overview, Agenda for a chronological list, and Schedule for comparing Staff availability. If the Agenda indicates no scheduled events, it means no entries accessible to you were found for the selected period and current filters.
Use the arrows to navigate to the previous or next period, or select a specific date in the mini-calendar. The view header always indicates the period currently being displayed. The system may remember your selected view for the next time you open it.
The calendar does not replace access to Tasks, Projects, or Opportunities. Two Staffs may see different content for the same date. If you cannot find an entry, check the period, filters, assignment, and the source module permissions.
Which view to choose
If you are planning the day for a single team member, start with the Day view. The "Week" view is more convenient for team weekly planning, while "Month" is better for distributing deadlines. The "Agenda" view is useful when the sequence of entries and the text content matter, whereas the "Schedule" view is best for comparing team members and spotting unassigned tasks.
Filters remain relevant when switching views; a card that isn't visible in the "Month" view hasn't necessarily disappeared. Check the same date in the "Day" view and verify whether the monthly cell contains more entries than are currently displayed. Click on a card to view the details in the source module rather than relying solely on the abbreviated title.
