Optional "Earnings" and "My Events" Tabs
Optional earnings accounting and related event features for the Maximum Plan.
Last updated 13 days ago
"Earnings" and "My Events" are optional features of the Maximum plan. They are displayed only to organizations that have enabled the corresponding module switches. Most users will not see these tabs.
Earnings
This tab allows for the storage of earnings records linked to specific events. The form allows the selection of an event, a date, and an adjusted earnings amount. The selection of the team member responsible is drawn from the list of designated staff members.
Standard module permissions are used to create, edit, and delete records. A regular user may be restricted to viewing only their own records, whereas a user with administrative rights can view a broader scope of data.
When automation is enabled, earnings may be recalculated based on the hourly rate and recorded minutes upon the completion of an event or a change to its time entries. A manually confirmed record can prevent automatic overwriting.
This involves personnel and financial information. Before enabling the feature, please review the documentation, use a test environment, and avoid sharing actual remuneration data with a wider audience.
My Events
This tab displays upcoming projects or events associated with the individuals responsible for the item. It may include the title, date, city, facility, and an action allowing you to add or remove the link between the item and the event participant.
If the item has no assigned responsible parties, the list may be empty. When the item is linked to a project, additional linking logic may be based on the project client.
Availability and Verification
Both toggles are available in the Maximum Plan, but the plan alone is not enough—they must be activated by the system provider or an administrator with the necessary access. These license toggles may not be visible to a standard administrator.
Before enabling these features for the entire team, verify visibility, earnings calculations, event filtering, and the ability to add or remove links using a single record.
