Calendar PDF, Full-Screen, and Mobile Views
Before exporting, select the desired view, time period, record types, and Staff. Then click **PDF**. The export is based on the currently active scheduler view, so an overly narrow time period or filter will also be reflected in the result.

The full-screen button expands the calendar workspace. Click the button to return to the standard view. This mode does not alter data and is suitable for displaying the Schedule or Month view on a large screen.
On mobile devices, the primary views are Day, Week, and Month. If you had selected Agenda or Schedule on your computer, the mobile view might default to Day. On small screens, an additional list helps you read entries for the selected date.
If entries are missing from the PDF, first return to the screen and check your filters and view settings. If the text does not fit, choose a more suitable view or a shorter time period. For large schedules, it is more practical to export a smaller subset of data.
Preparing for Sharing
When exporting a team schedule, select only the necessary resources and time period to ensure the cards remain legible. Before sharing the PDF, check for any clients or internal resource names that should not be visible to the recipient. The export reflects the exporting user's view settings.
For large information displays, use full-screen mode and a card size that is readable from the intended viewing distance. It is best to simply view complex team reassignments on a mobile device, while performing bulk changes to dates or assignees on a wider screen.
