Copy is suitable when a new, similar Invoices is required. The system immediately creates a new document with a new number, the current date, and an updated deadline. Lines, selected fields, additional fields, and VAT items are copied. Payments, credits, and the old number are not copied. Open the new document and check the dates, prices, warehouses, and currency before saving or sending.
Split Invoice moves selected lines to a new document. At least one line must remain in the original Invoice. The action is generally permitted for an Unpaid, Overdue, or template Invoice that has no payments, credits, Credit Notes, recurrence settings, or locks. After splitting, check the numbers, amounts, discounts, and VAT of both documents.
In the Recurring Invoice field, select a monthly interval or another recurrence frequency. Additional fields may allow you to specify the number of cycles or an end date. The system creates a new Invoice linked to the original one according to the schedule.
Recurrence does not guarantee automatic sending. The administrator separately determines whether a new recurring document is sent to the client and whether a new document can only be created after the previous one has been paid. Regularly check the Recurring Invoices filter, the most recently created Invoice, and its sending status.
