Items card, tabs, and actions
Card overview, tabs, history, copying, and deletion limits.
Last updated 20 days ago
On the card's Overview tab, you will see the type, code, price, VAT, category, status, and other key data. The action menu at the top allows you to edit, copy, or delete the record based on your permissions.
The tabs help you understand the full context of the Items:
- Items sets – set composition, quantity, and sequence;
- Stock change history – warehouse operations and balance after each action;
- Reservations – allocation details (recipient and warehouse);
- Incoming Items – ordered quantities not yet received into stock;
- Pricing – customer price levels, quantity thresholds, and discounts;
- Related Items – recommended additional items;
- Files – documents, images, and the main photo;
- Action history – audit trail of card views and changes.
If the number in the tab header does not match the expected result, open the tab and check the specific warehouse, date, and source document.
Where to start checking the card
First, verify the code, type, status, organization, and base price in the Overview tab. If the issue concerns sales volume, check Stock History, Reservations, and Incoming Items. If there is a price discrepancy, check Pricing. If a document or image is missing, check Files.
Use Copy for a similar but independent catalog entry. Select Delete only after confirming that the card is no longer needed and is not linked to any documents. You can check the Action History to see who worked on the entry and when, but for a definitive explanation of the balance, refer to the Stock Change History.
