Exporting the Report and Locating the Generated File
Starting the export, waiting, and data export history.

Before exporting, review the report (template), active filters, and visible columns. The export process covers the entire dataset selected by your filters—including data not currently displayed on the screen—so the single page visible in the table does not reflect the final file size.
Select the export action. Hanna will begin preparing the file in the background and display a notification confirming that the export has been initiated. You may continue with other tasks; there is no need to keep the report page open or click the export button repeatedly.
You can find the generated file in the Data Export History section. Large reports may take several minutes to process, and the result may be provided as a ZIP archive. Check the status of the latest job in the history and download the file once it is ready.
If the file takes a long time to appear, first make sure you have not created multiple identical exports and ask an administrator to check your permissions. If the issue persists, send Hanna Customer Support the report name, template, start time and time zone, and the status shown in the history.
The exported file may contain contact, financial, or other operational data. Store and share the file in accordance with your organization's policies, and delete any unnecessary copies from your personal devices.
