Calendar
Calendar views, working hours, synchronization, visible records, and colors.
- Calendar Settings and Personal Preference InheritanceYou can find the calendar settings by selecting **Settings → Calendar**. Here, you can configure the organization's general calendar view, working hours, displayed entries, and the types and colors of external calendars. While the organization administrator defines the general calendar view, individual users can customize parts of it for themselves. Access personal settings via the gear icon in the calendar.
- Task types synced with Google and Office 365On the **General** tab, separately select the Tasks types that should be synchronized with Google and Office 365 calendars.
- Calendar view, work limits, and item cardsIn the **Default view** field, select how the Calendar should open for team member: **Day**, **Week**, **Month**, or **Agenda**. The **Calendar event limit** determines how many entries are displayed at once for a single day in Month and Week views. The remaining entries are not removed; instead, they are shown in a collapsed format and can be expanded. The **Calendar entry display style** specifies how to display entries scheduled for the same time.
- Calendar Modules and ColorsIn the **Show in Calendar** section, select which module entries should be displayed in the Calendar. You can control the display of Projects, Opportunities, and Tasks. Project options depend on the plan being used. On the **Entry Colors** tab, you can select a general color for Tasks and Projects. Colors help to quickly distinguish between entry types in the Calendar.
