Task types synced with Google and Office 365
On the **General** tab, separately select the Tasks types that should be synchronized with Google and Office 365 calendars.

For example, you can select Meeting and Call while excluding internal reminders from the external calendar. If at least one selected type is assigned to a Task, it can be transferred to the corresponding calendar. The Google and Office 365 lists are independent of each other.
This setting selects the appropriate Tasks but does not itself connect the team member account. For synchronization to occur, the team member Google or Office 365 calendar must also be connected. The task must have a valid start and end date.
When modifying the list, first agree on which Staff activities should be visible in the external calendar. This helps avoid redundant events.
