Project list, Kanban, and Gantt
Project search, filtering, status board, and schedule.

Projects are designed for work involving a client, a deadline, a team, a budget, a timeframe, and a financial outcome. The module is available in the Advanced or Maximum plan and requires the Projects permission.
Open Projects. At the top, you can switch between List, Gantt, and Kanban views. In the List view, you can use search, filters, sorting, and export functions. Columns displayed may include project name, budget, tags, start and end dates, participants, billing type, completion ratio, and status; the specific set depends on the system configuration.
In the filter panel, you can select project participants, statuses, type, start/end/completion dates, creator, and creation date. An active filter is displayed as a tag above the table; removing it refreshes the list.
Kanban groups cards by status. In the default configuration, these statuses might be Not Started, In Progress, Paused, Cancelled, and Completed, though an administrator can modify this list. Moving a card to a different column changes the actual project status and may trigger notifications or automated actions. Check the target status before dragging.
Gantt helps compare projects and their timelines. In the general view, you can filter by project status, type, person in charge, participants, and project type. The scale can be adjusted to hours, days, weeks, months, or years. The Gantt view for a specific project displays its timeline and features dedicated filters. Overdue and completed items are marked differently.
If you do not see a project, check the filters, organization, your membership, role visibility limits, and whether the project is completed or cancelled. Even a direct link does not bypass these visibility settings.
Practical workflow
Start your morning using the active projects filter and your membership settings. Check upcoming deadlines and progress; then, use Kanban for the process and Gantt for date conflicts. Sort by deadline when the risk of delay is the priority, or by client when planning communication.
A zero result does not necessarily mean there are no projects. Clear the saved filter and check the statuses and organization. If another user can see the project, compare your memberships and role permissions.
