To prepare for a pickup on time, specify the confirmed pickup date and the number of days in advance for the reminder. When the deadline approaches, Hanna creates a task linked to the order for the responsible parties. If the date or reminder time is changed, the reminder is recalculated.

Additional tasks can be created automatically when the order status changes. Their titles, deadlines, assignees, and other details are determined by the template linked by the administrator. If no assignees are specified in the template, the parties responsible for the order are used.

You can find all tasks related to the order on the Tasks tab of the order card. If an automatic task does not appear, check the responsible parties, the date, and the status, and contact the administrator regarding the automation settings.
