Order statuses and Goods Receipt

The status indicates the stage Order is currently in. Your organization can use its own status names and colors. You can change the status on the card or directly in the list, provided you have editing permissions. The change is recorded in the history and may trigger automation configured by the administrator.

When Goods Receipt is enabled for a status, the Items action becomes available on the card. Based on the quantities actually accepted, Order can be marked as partially or fully received. Editing of the ordered and received document may be restricted to prevent accidental alteration of an ongoing warehouse process.

If you do not see the Goods Receipt action, check the Order status and contact the administrator. The Goods Receipt permission must be enabled in the status settings, and you must be granted the necessary permissions.
