Lead email integration

Email integration can automatically create Leads records from incoming emails. You can find the new configuration under **Leads → Email Integration**.

Select a connection method:

  • IMAP – specify the mailbox address, server, password, port, and encryption;
  • Office 365 API – connect your Microsoft account after saving the configuration;
  • Gmail API – connect your Google account. The mailbox address is retrieved from the connected account.

Specify the mailbox check frequency, which folders to scan, and whether to process only unread emails. For IMAP and Office 365, you can also manage email deletion and marking as read. The Gmail connection does not perform these actions.

Select the source, stage, and responsible parties for new records. Mark the integration as active only after the connection and a test email have been verified. Do not delete emails during the initial test.
