Email data, assignees, and notifications

Email integration can extract the name, company, email, phone number, city, address, and description from the email text. Specify a text tag for each field so that Hanna can recognize the value. Use a consistent email template and verify it with a real test email.

You can select assignees in two ways:

  • specify particular users;
  • select a role and assign users on a rotation basis.

If you use a role, you can skip users who are on vacation. Before enabling this, check that the role does not include technical accounts or accounts not intended for working with potential clients.

Select notification recipients separately. They can be specific users or selected roles. A notification recipient does not necessarily become the assignee.

Senders on the blacklist do not create new leads. Use full and accurate addresses to avoid blocking legitimate inquiries.
