System Availability, Backups, and Business Continuity
Hanna monitoring, availability, backups, RTO, RPO, and the steps to take during an outage.
Last updated 13 days ago
Hanna monitors the service continuously, maintains backups, and operates a recovery plan to reduce the impact of disruption.
Monitoring and availability
Automated monitoring operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Critical alerts are sent to the responsible team in real time and escalated through a defined process.
Hanna's historical monthly availability exceeds 99.5%, and the target is at least 99.5% per month. Check current status and published incidents at status.hannacrm.app. A short outage on your network or device does not necessarily indicate a Hanna-wide incident.
Backups and architecture
Hanna creates backups regularly and stores them in different geographic locations. The service uses multiple active application instances with load balancing, so a failure in one component does not automatically stop the entire service.
A backup is not a user-managed record archive. If Hanna provides a record recovery or history feature, use it first. For help with a particular recovery case, contact Hanna Customer Support and explain what was changed or deleted, where, and when.
Business continuity and recovery objectives
Hanna maintains a disaster recovery plan and documented incident recovery procedures:
- RTO up to 12 hours is the target maximum time to restore the service after a major disruption;
- RPO up to 6 hours is the target maximum data period that may need to be recovered from backup in a severe incident.
These figures are recovery objectives, not a guaranteed duration or data loss for every incident. Actual impact depends on the nature of the event.
What to do when Hanna is unavailable
- Open the Hanna status page and check for a published incident.
- Test another website, browser, or network to rule out a local connection issue.
- Record the company Hanna address, time with time zone, error text, and affected users.
- If no incident is published, contact Hanna Customer Support with these details. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
