Survey List and Purpose

Where to find Surveys, understand response statuses, and move from a template to results.

Use Surveys to build questionnaires, share them with respondents, and monitor responses in one place.

What you can do

  • find survey settings and results;
  • understand the main response statuses;
  • choose the right next step.

Open Surveys

  1. 1. Open System Settings.
  2. 2. Expand Surveys in the left-hand menu.
  3. 3. Select Survey settings to create or edit questionnaires.
  4. 4. Select Survey results to analyse distributed surveys and responses.

The settings list shows the survey name, number of questions, and creation date. Use search to find a template by name. Row actions let you edit or delete a survey.

Response statuses

  • Sent – the respondent has not started yet.
  • In progress – the respondent has started but has not submitted the survey.
  • Completed – the survey has been submitted.

If Surveys is not visible, contact your administrator. Availability depends on your organisation’s plan and your permissions.
