Stock Transfer statuses and warehouse balances

The Preparing status does not affect balances. In transit reduces the balance of the loading warehouse but does not yet replenish the unloading warehouse. Items Received adds the quantity to the unloading warehouse.

If you select Items Received directly from Preparing, Hanna performs both steps: it reduces the source warehouse and increases the destination warehouse. When selecting the Items Received status, the receipt date can be automatically populated with today's date.

If Stock Transfer is cancelled, any balance changes already made are reversed. Check the result in the balance change history for both warehouses (Items).

Stock Transfer card and action history

On the card, you will see the status, number, loading and unloading warehouses, dates, organization, notes, responsible parties (Staff, Items), quantities, prices, and total value.

In the Action history tab, you can check who created, viewed, or modified the document and when. Check the warehouse balance result in the movement history for Items as well, as it displays dispatch and receipt records separately.

The actions menu offers editing or deletion options depending on the status of your permissions and the document. Dispatched or received Stock Transfer Items and warehouses are typically locked.
