What you’ll do
A successful import begins with a well-organized file and the accurate mapping of its columns to Hanna fields.
Before You Begin
You need import permissions for the selected module. Before performing the full import, export your existing data and prepare a sample file containing 3–10 rows.
Preparing the Import File
Keep data for a single module in one file. Remove empty rows, standardize date, code, and number formats, and verify mandatory fields. Prepare a sample file with a few rows before running a large import.
Mapping Import Fields
After uploading the file, select the corresponding Hanna field for each column. Use the sample values as a guide. Mandatory fields must be mapped; leave unnecessary columns unmapped.
