Object Tasks: work scheduling and planning

Select Tasks on the card to schedule work for a specific object. The quick Task button in the list immediately links a new Task to the object. Within the task, separately select the assignees, deadline, status, and reminders.

The object list can display the last completed and the next scheduled Tasks. Work time summarizes the logged time, while the Gantt view helps visualize the schedule when enabled. The assignee for the object does not automatically become the assignee for all Tasks.

Object files, photos, notes, and history

Upload documents and photos related to the object in the Files tab. Select a main photo if you want it displayed in the object list or on the card. Before making a file visible to the client, check its content and the object's Contact.

Write brief internal comments in Notes, and record permanent information in the object description. You can view logged changes and status updates in the Action history. The history function does not replace the need to save specific file versions; therefore, please upload important versions as separate, clearly named files.

If you do not see a button, field, or tab, check the active object type, your role (permissions), and the organizational scope. Ask an administrator to make any necessary setting changes; after the changes are made, reopen the object to verify the result. This note applies to all functions described in this article.
