Lead list, Kanban, filters, and templates

widgets list, filters, Save views, summaries, and Kanban.

Last updated 13 days ago

The module can be managed via a table or a Kanban board. The table view is convenient for searching, filtering, and performing bulk actions, while the Kanban view allows you to visualize the sales process by stage.

List columns

The default list view may display the ID, company, name, email, phone, city, stage, source, details of the last interaction, date of the next scheduled activity, assignees, and action icons. The set of columns may vary depending on the system configuration.

Click a column header to sort the data. You can select the number of records to display per page.

Using filters

Open Filters, select your criteria, and click Filter. Conditions from different groups are applied simultaneously, so a combination that is too restrictive may result in an empty list.

The filter panel includes the following main groups:

  • type, category, and business area;
  • assignees, stage, and source;
  • country, city, and record creator;
  • creation date;
  • reason for loss;
  • number of activities;
  • activity status and timeframe; - additional criteria: lost, worthless, public, created today, and unassigned.

To understand why a record isn't found, remove filters one by one or click Clear. If a user only has permission to view their own records, simply clearing filters will not show them unassigned records.

Creating a View

This feature saves a prepared list view, such as "My negotiations with overdue deals."

  1. Select the desired filters and columns.
  2. Sort the table if necessary.
  3. Open the views menu and select New View.
  4. Enter a clear name and save.
  5. You can open the view later from the same menu.

View visibility and the ability to create shared views depend on user permissions. Views do not alter the underlying record data.

Summary

The Summary button opens numerical cards, such as this month's deal metric or the number of records created this year. Add result allows you to create an additional indicator, provided the user configuration permits it.

Kanban board

Kanban columns correspond to the stages. Cards typically display the company or name, source, date of the next scheduled activity, contact time, creation time, the assignee, and tags.

To change the stage, move the card to another column. If a template or other automated rule is configured for the stage, moving the card may trigger an additional action. Check the stage settings before performing a bulk move.

Multiple cards can be selected and moved together when this option is available. This immediately changes the stage of the selected records, so verify the number of selected cards first.

After moving, open at least one card to check not only the stage but also any automatically created records, reminders, or notifications. When moving a card back to the same automated stage, it is important to know whether the rule allows for the creation of another related record.

Practical views

  • New, not yet processed: "Unprocessed" stage, creation date – this month. - My active negotiations: assignee – you, stage "Negotiations".
  • Action required: Task is overdue, or the next Task is due today.
  • Lost deal analysis: "Lost" attribute applied and a reason for the loss selected.
