Why the goal result might be unexpected

Diagnostics for dates, filters, Staff, and reach.

Last updated 20 days ago

If the result is zero or does not meet expectations, start by checking the dates shown on the goal card. Verify that you have selected the correct date field: creation and completion dates versus planned and approval dates yield different results.

Next, review the group, type, organization, stages, statuses, and other filters. Open a few records you expected to see in the results and compare their dates and assigned personnel. For financial goals, check whether you are calculating quantity or amount.

If the percentage is lower than expected, check if the individual target setting is enabled. In this case, the entered rate is multiplied by the number of assigned items. If there is a discrepancy between the card and the actual data, check for additional filters. If you cannot identify the cause, provide the administrator with the goal name, the active period, and the numbers of a few sample records.

If you do not see the described field or action, contact your Hanna administrator; available functions depend on your plan, organization settings, and assigned permissions. This note applies to the entire "Goals" section.
