PDF Settings and Their Purpose

You can find the PDF settings by selecting Settings → PDF. In the General tab, you can manage the font, colors, logo and signature sizes, and file storage. In the Document Format tab, you can select the orientation for standard documents.

Changes apply to future PDFs; files that have already been generated do not change automatically. A custom template may have its own styling, so generate samples of your most frequently used documents after making changes.

PDF Font, Colors, and Image Size

You can choose from five fonts and a base text size. Select a contrasting pair for the table header background and text, and check how it looks in black-and-white print.

The logo width setting controls the organization's logo, while the stamp width controls the signature or stamp image inserted into the template. Sizes are specified in pixels. These settings do not create a signature or enable the signing function itself. A custom template may have its own styling.

Selecting PDF Document Orientation

In the Document Format tab, select the orientation separately for the invoice, Contract, and Financial Summary.

A4 Portrait is suitable for text and standard tables. A4 landscape is convenient for wider tables. Generate the actual document after making changes. A custom template may have its own specific format.
