Last updated 20 days ago
Remaining amount shows the portion of the credit that has not yet been used. When it matches the total amount, the credit has not yet been allocated. When the balance is zero, the entire amount has been used.
Filters allow you to select the period, status, person in charge, and dispatch indicator. Statuses: Open, Closed, and Invalid. Depending on your configuration, there may also be filters for currency or organization. Bookmarks save a convenient list view, while summarize calculates figures only for the current selection visible to you.
If you do not see the document, clear the filters and check the active template, the organization, and your permissions. The edit button may be inactive if the financial period is locked or if the document is managed via accounting integration.
