Recurring entries: copying and deleting
Duplication, secure copying, and deletion control.

For a recurring entry, select Repeat every in the form. You can set the interval to a week, two weeks, one, two, three, or six months, a year, or another period. Before saving, verify the initial date, supplier, amount, currency, and project, as subsequent entries will be generated based on this record.
To create a one-off similar entry, select Actions → Copy on the record card. Be sure to update the date, due date, supplier number, and any other fields that differ for the new document. Copying is not a substitute for a recurring entry and does not carry over previous payments.
Before deleting a record, open its tabs and check for payments, files, linked items, the project, and the action history. If the record has already been used in a financial document, deletion may be blocked. In this case, contact the team member responsible and choose a correction method appropriate for your accounting process.
If you do not see the copy or delete action, ask the administrator to check your access permissions and status restrictions.
