Task visibility in projects and assets

Two separate toggles allow project or object members to view all Tasks associated with that record. You can find them under Settings → Tasks.

Enable Show all project Tasks to project members when the entire project team needs to work with a shared list of Tasks. Enable the corresponding object setting when all object members need to see tasks associated with the object.

When the toggle is off, a team member's visibility depends on standard Tasks permissions rules and the item's connection to a specific Task (e.g., assignment to an assignee). The toggle itself does not add the team member to the project or object, nor does it grant general administrator permissions.

Before enabling this, assess whether the project or object contains Tasks that should only be visible to specific Staff. After making the change, verify the result using an account with restricted permissions team member.
