Organization details, logo, and email signature in documents

In the Company information format field, arrange the order in which the organization's details should appear in documents. Use the provided variables for the name, address, codes, phone number, and bank details. If you use multiple languages, fill in the tab for each language.

Upload the organization's logo and, if your documents use it, the footer image. The organization's logo is distinct from the general Hanna navigation logo.

Enter the signature for this organization in the email signature field. The sender address, signature, and logo are managed separately. Verify them by sending a test document to yourself.

Default organization and visibility

The default organization is used when no other organization has been selected for a new record. Only one organization can be set as the default at a time; selecting a different one removes this status from the previous one.

A user can have their own default organization, while their role defines the list of permitted organizations. If the selected organization is not permitted for the user, Hanna automatically selects the first permitted organization for the new record. After changing the default organization or role scope, check the new record form, list, direct card link, report, and export. Module view rights do not automatically grant access to data from all organizations.
