Orders settings, statuses, and permissions

The administrator manages the Order series, the next number, number length, series editing, visible module fields, and custom fields. Warehouse settings determine delivery locations and the default warehouse.

In the Orders status list, you can change names and colors, link Tasks templates, and specify in which status creating a Goods Receipt is permitted. Changes apply to all users, so coordinate the workflow with your team before editing.

Permissions for viewing, creating, editing, deleting, and exporting Staff are configured separately. There is a separate permission for purchase prices. Visible records may also be restricted by Staff and organizations. The Orders module is available in the "Maximum" plan, and certain fields and actions depend on enabled warehouse functionality and integrations.
