Hanna CRM updates: September 16–29, 2026
In the second half of September, we completely redesigned the Calendar and introduced Hanna Sign and Google-based Gmail connection. We also improved address search, filters, menus, and everyday data management.
Redesigned Calendar
The Calendar now includes a persistent filter panel, a mini calendar, record types, and employee selection with record counts. Choose between Day, Week, Month, Agenda, or Schedule views, export to PDF, and use a dedicated mobile view.
Personal settings let you choose the default view, first day of the week, card style and size, and whether weekends are displayed. In the Outlook integration, you can select which calendars should synchronize Hanna Tasks.

Hanna Sign
Hanna Sign is a new simple electronic signature option for Contracts, Contract annexes, and Documents. The signer draws or types their signature and confirms it with a code sent by email, while Hanna appends a signing certificate to the PDF.

Connect Gmail with Google
A Gmail mailbox can now be connected using Sign in with Google, without entering the mailbox password in Hanna. This connection is available in the employee profile, Ticket departments, and the Lead email integration.

Address search across the Baltic states
In address fields for Contacts, Leads, and Objects, Hanna now suggests matches in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Selecting an address automatically fills in the city, postal code, and county.
More convenient filters and lists
- Change the value of an active filter directly above the list without opening the full filter panel.
- In the main modules, display and filter by creation and last-modified dates and users.
- Product and Document lists now include a searchable category tree with record counts.
Arrange the menu around your work
Each user can control the visibility and order of items in the side menu. Frequently used modules stay within easy reach, while unnecessary items no longer get in the way.

Faster Dashboard
Dashboard widgets now load in parallel, while the menu and page header appear immediately. The updated My work widget lets you quickly add, complete, and delete items.
API v4 and MCP additions
API v4 and MCP now include new reference data and filters based on record creation and modification details. A Lead can be created through the API using either a company name or a person’s name.

Import Luminor bank statements
Luminor XML bank statements can now be imported into Payments. Hanna attempts to identify the payer automatically and link the payment to an Invoice or Proforma Invoice.
