Reassigning Opportunities and Tasks

Hanna can update the assignees for related records when a new responsible team member is added to Lead.

When Assign Opportunities when changing the Lead responsible person is enabled, the Opportunities linked to it are updated. Their previous assignees are replaced by the newly added Lead assignees.

When Assign Tasks when changing the Lead responsible person is enabled, only the Tasks that are directly linked to the Prospect and have not yet started are updated. Their previous assignees are also replaced.

These functions overwrite the existing list rather than adding to it. Therefore, before enabling them, verify that responsibility for Opportunities and unstarted Tasks should always follow the Lead assignees.

Perform a test run with one Opportunity and two Tasks—one unstarted and one already in progress. This will allow you to clearly see which records were updated.
