Integration Settings and Access

Hanna can send data to other systems via Webhooks, allow users to log in using Google or Microsoft accounts, initiate electronic document signing, and store files from selected modules in OneDrive or Google Drive.

You can find these settings by selecting System Settings → Settings → Miscellaneous. Options for logging in via Google and Microsoft are located on the Security tab. Webhooks, Electronic Signature, and External File Storage Integration have their own dedicated tabs.

Integrations should be configured by an administrator who is familiar with the external system's addresses, access credentials, and the organization's security requirements. If you do not see a particular tab, the feature may not be enabled for your account, or you may lack the necessary administrative permissions.

Before connecting a service:

Determine what data will be transferred and why it is needed.
Use an organization-managed account.
Grant only the permissions necessary for the task.
Test using non-sensitive sample data.
Designate someone to monitor the connection and handle errors.
