Goals List and Key Metrics

The Goals module helps you set clear targets and automatically track results based on Hanna data. You can link a goal to leads, opportunities, sales, contracts, communications, or activities. Progress is recalculated based on the selected period, user, and filters.

Open Goals. The list displays goal names, groups, periods, targets, current results, and responsible users. Use filters to narrow the list down to a specific team or goal type. Click a goal's name to open its details card. There, you will find a summary of the rule, progress, and the active period, while the history section shows results from previous periods.

If you do not see the module or the action button, please contact your administrator. Access to goals, as well as their creation, editing, and deletion, is managed via specific user permissions.
