Hanna Navigation and Side Menu Management

This guide helps you quickly navigate between Hanna modules and organize the side menu to suit your daily workflow.

Hanna Navigation

Select a module from the left-hand menu and expand groups such as Sales, Inventory, or Other Functions. At the top, you will find search, quick creation, timers, help, notifications, language settings, and your profile. The visible items depend on your user role and enabled features.

If you do not see a feature

Check the menu location. If an item or action is not displayed, ask the administrator to check your user role, plan, and enabled features. This note applies to the entire "General Use" section.

Managing the Side Menu

Select Manage Menu, drag items into your preferred order, and mark which ones to hide. System Settings cannot be hidden. Save applies the view only for you, Cancel discards changes, and Reset to Default restores the original layout.
