Signature, header, footer, and test email
Configuring the general email appearance and verifying secure delivery.

The email signature is the organization's default signature. Templates that contain the {email_signature} variable can use it. If a team member has their own signature, Hanna can use that signature for their email.
The preset header appears before the main email content, while the preset footer appears after it. Include only information suitable for all emails in these fields. It is better to place text regarding a promotion, a specific department (Contact), or a specific document within the relevant email template itself.
After making changes, use the Send test email section:
- enter the address of a test mailbox;
- select Test;
- check the sender, Reply-To address, signature, and overall appearance;
- view the email on both a phone and a computer.
The test verifies the general sending path. It does not validate every automated template, document attachment, or incoming email synchronization. For a specific process, perform an additional test using a control CRM record.
