The Settings → Finance → Opportunities tab manages quote numbering, Kanban, and document content.

The Kanban limit determines how many cards are loaded at once. You can also select the initial sorting field and direction. Automatic stage changes and a mandatory note upon confirmation help standardize the sales workflow.

The projected value can be calculated from Items lines. Price locking, discount limits, cost price, and margin help control the quote preparation process. If multiple assignees are involved, enable the corresponding option.

In the PDF section, select the title, seller, signatures, Items images and codes, discount, VAT summaries, QR code, and total quantity. Sent PDFs can be Save in Opportunities files, and descriptions and notes can be transferred during conversion.
