Number series by category and organization

Hanna selects the registration number series based on the document category and organization. Therefore, create a distinct series for each combination of category and organization used.

In a multi-organization account, the same categories may have different prefixes or separate sequences. In a single-organization account, you may not see the organization column, as the system uses the account's organization.

Categories can be arranged in a tree structure. Assign specific categories to a series; selecting a parent category does not necessarily include all its child categories. Avoid assigning the same category to multiple series within the same organization, as this leads to ambiguity.

If a number is not suggested, first check the document category, the organization, and the list of categories assigned to the series.
