Hanna can store new files from selected modules in your organization's OneDrive or Google Drive account. Users continue to manage files via the standard Hanna record card.

The administrator navigates to System Settings → Settings → Miscellaneous → External File Storage Integration.

  1. Select the modules for which files will be stored externally.
  2. Click Connect OneDrive or Connect Google Drive.
  3. In the provider's window, sign in using an organization-managed account and authorize permissions.
  4. Upon returning, check the connection status.
  5. Enable the integration and save.
  6. Test uploading, opening, and downloading using a sample file.

The list of available modules depends on the features enabled in your account. It may include Opportunities, Tasks, Projects, Contracts, Objects, Leads, Contacts, and backups.

The integration applies only to selected modules. It redirects new files; previously uploaded files are not automatically moved. Use an organization-managed account for the connection and verify your storage quota.
