Hanna CRM updates: July 1–15, 2026

In the first half of July, we expanded API and MCP coverage, redesigned mobile lists, and updated the Worker workspace and record navigation.

API v4 and MCP now cover 11 additional modules

API v4 and Hanna MCP now support Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Credit Notes, Opportunities, Projects, Contracts, Documents, Objects, Tickets, Expenses, and Products. Integrations can also retrieve organization and warehouse lists.

Card-based lists on mobile

Module lists and reports are now displayed as cards on mobile phones, so users no longer need to scroll across wide tables. Records load as you scroll, and both search and the mobile top bar have been updated.

Clearer record navigation

Tabs on Contact and Lead records are grouped under Communication, Finance, and History. This makes emails, calls, sales information, and change history easier to find.

Updated Worker workspace

Worker Tasks, Objects, and Projects use a new card design, with key actions available from a bottom bar on mobile. Administrators can choose several Worker modules and set their order, while the Objects list now offers a quick view of essential information.
