Hanna CRM updates: August 1–15, 2026

In the first half of August, we introduced offline work in Worker and improved financial workflows, file uploads, related-record tables, and reporting.

Worker now works offline

Tasks previously opened in Worker remain available if the connection is lost. Status changes, comments, checklists, files, and timer entries are saved on the device and synchronized when the internet connection is restored.

Consistent related-record tables

Related records on Contact, Project, Object, Contract, Ticket, and other cards now use the same columns and filters as the main module lists. Hanna remembers the columns selected by each user.

When paying an Invoice or Proforma Invoice through a payment link, the customer can choose the amount and make a partial payment.

Linking a Credit Note

A Credit Note can be linked to the Invoice it credits. Any remaining credit is automatically applied to the document’s outstanding balance.

Discount validity periods

You can set a validity period for price-list discounts and customer-specific pricing. The special price or discount is not applied outside that period.

Multiple files in one ADOC container

When sending several files for signature, you can combine them into one PDF or place them in an ADOC container. This also makes it possible to sign non-PDF documents together.

Easier file uploads

Files can be dragged directly into forms, and the selected files are shown before the record is saved.

New reports

The Customer pricing report provides an overview of customer-specific prices and quantity-based discounts. The new Inventory turnover report shows opening and closing balances together with every product movement during the selected period.

API v4 synchronization improvements

API v4 now supports sorting, filters based on the modification date, and a list of custom fields. Integrations can more reliably retrieve only records changed after a specified time.
