Hanna CRM updates: June 1–15, 2026
In the first half of June, we introduced API v4, Opportunity templates, and more flexible workflows for multi-organization accounts. We also improved document approvals and Dashboard metrics.
API v4 and Hanna MCP
The new REST API v4 and Hanna MCP connection allow integrations and AI assistants to work with Contacts, Leads, and Tasks. Hanna reference data is also available programmatically.
Under Settings → API and MCP, administrators can create personal and system keys, configure permissions, view expiry and last-used information, and inspect request logs. API documentation is available at /api/docs, while MCP documentation is available at /mcp/docs in your Hanna environment.

Opportunity templates
You can create recurring Opportunities from a template. Templates are available from the Opportunities list and from a Contact or Lead record, while they remain hidden from the standard list by default.

Processes and stages by organization
In multi-organization accounts, Opportunity processes and stages can be assigned to a specific organization. The form then displays only the options available to the selected organization.

Smoother document approvals
For sequential approvals, you can reorder approvers by dragging them into place. After every approver has approved the document, its status automatically changes to Approved.

Dashboard performance comparison
The Total result widget can compare a value with the previous period. Hanna displays the percentage change, and you can choose an icon and colour for the widget.
